Information collected through this Portal is used for the following purposes:

- To contact you regarding the status of your report or to request additional information.
- To fulfill our legal and regulatory obligations, including reporting certain content to authorities such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) where legally required.
- To forward relevant information to affected parties, such as hosting providers or website operators, in accordance with your notification preferences and applicable law.
- To maintain records for legal and audit purposes.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of this Portal.
Sharing of Your Information
We may share information from your report under the following circumstances:
- Hosting providers and website operators - we may forward your report, including your contact information if you have consented, to the relevant hosting provider or website operator.
- Legal authorities - for certain report types (including CSAM), we are legally required to report to government agencies and organizations including NCMEC. Law enforcement may request reports in connection with investigations.
- Transparency databases - certain reports, particularly copyright-related reports, may be shared with third-party transparency databases such as the Lumen Database.
- Legal process - we may disclose information in response to valid legal requests, court orders, or governmental authority.
- Service providers - we may share information with third parties who assist in operating this Portal, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
